You need to be a PrimeTel Subscriber to access MyPrimeTel area.
Please note: For security reasons, you must have provided name & political id or passport at a PrimeTel shop, in order to be eligible to enter a PrimeTel mobile and manage the account. Υou will need to have your mobile phone nearby, with your pre-paid PrimeTel Mobile SIM card activated in order to complete the process.

The username and password are included in the Welcome letter that was given to you during your PrimeTel installation. Your Customer Number is found on your invoice
